Q. How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?

A. Once your order has been validated you will receive an e-mail that includes your individual order confirmation number (Transaction ID). Please refer to this number when contacting our customer service department about the status of your order.

Q. How can I place an order over the phone?

A. Although we encourage you to place your order online, but you can also call us at 1-888-443-8048 to order your gifts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For customer service questions we are available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Eastern Time. We are closed on (New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day).

Q. What if I do not want to input my credit card number through the Internet to place an order?

A. Our ordering system utilizes state-of-the-art data encryption to ensure that your personal information will never be viewed by any unauthorized individuals. Although we encourage you to place your order online, you may also call us at 1-888-443-8048 and we will take your order over the phone.

Q. What else do I need to know about placing my order online?

A. Once you have chosen your gift items, you will be required to input delivery information as well as your billing address and credit card information. Please review this information to ensure that it is correct and complete - All marked fields must be filled in. If you do not supply complete information or if we encounter a problem with your order we will need to contact you. Please respond to our phone calls and/or e-mails as soon as possible to avoid further delivery delays.

DELIVERY

Q. When can I expect delivery of my order?

A. If you order a gift that is being shipped to Tehran and Karaj we will guarantee to deliver it to the recipient within 24 hours after we receive the approval of your payment. For the other cities we guarantee to deliver it within 72 hours. Holidays are exceptions and not included in our timetable, however we do our best to deliver your gifts even in national holidays.

If you have specific delivery time please send us an e-mail, we will notify you via email regarding our ability or inability to 'guarantee' your delivery time. We will do our best to meet your request. Please ensure that we have all your correct contact information.

Funeral orders will be delivered in time for the funeral service. If we are unable to meet the service time, you will be contacted as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

Please note: Shipping delays may be experienced due to severe weather conditions (i.e. hurricanes, tornadoes, severe snow or rain storms, flooding, etc.). These situations are considered to be out of our control and are not eligible for refunds of shipping charges.

Q. What if the recipient is not at home when the gifts are delivered?

A. We will try to call your recipient and make shipping arrangement, that why it is important to have their complete contact information by you. If after the arrangement is made and they are still not there, our driver determines that it is safe to leave the gifts with a neighbor or at the given address we will do so. Please review all delivery address information before you submit an order. Incomplete or inaccurate address information or phone numbers may delay delivery.

Q. Can my gifts be delivered the same day I place the order?

A. Yes it can be done for most cases, depending on the destinations and the time difference. Gifts ordered for Tehran and Karaj can be delivered same day if we receive your order by 4:00 PM Tehran time.

Q. Do you deliver to hospitals and funeral?

A. Yes. For hospital delivery, please include the recipient's room number and ensure that the recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. For patients in critical care, receipt of floral arrangements or gift baskets may not be allowed.

When ordering funeral flowers, please include the names of the deceased and the funeral-residence to prevent any confusion during delivery.

Q. I am sending a gift to a business. How I can be sure it doesn't arrive on Friday?

A. By choosing specific delivery date and time, we will be sure your gift does not get delivered on Friday or after the working hours. We will call the recipient before we do the actual shipment and we would make sure that your gift will be delivered in earliest time as possible.

Q. My order wasn't delivered on time. I would like a refund. How should I proceed?

A. Please contact our customer service at 1-888-443-8048 so that we may help to resolve the issue.

A. No, although we collect sales taxes, but our prices are tax included. Therefore for each gift, you pay what you see in our web site.

Q. Are there any additional fees or charges?

Q. Will my gift look exactly like the one in the photo?

A. Nearly every gifts would arrive with the same exact contents and similar display as you see in the photo. But in some categories like Flowers, Fruit Baskets, Cakes and similar categories which include handmade items, there might be slight dissimilarity between the actual items and what you see in the photo.

These slight variations are due to having seasonal goods (like flowers & fruits) or having decoration or handmade items which can’t be copied to the exact pictures or are not available as shown in the pictures at the time of delivery. Yet, we can promise is that we make every effort to ensure that the flowers and fruit featured on our pages are in season and available and handmade items are as nearest to the exact item as possible. In some cases that we can’t perform this promise due to unavailability we will substitute pictured items with similar and same or higher values of the item you chosen.
